Christmas Cupcake

P1120388w

Howdy Friends! Well, I finally had a chance to stamp for the first time in almost 6 weeks! :) I'm a week late on doing this color challenge, but better late than never! :) We were supposed to use Bravo Burgundy, Very Vanilla, and Kraft. I'm out of BB...so I used ruby red instead. It's close, but not exact.

I used the adorable Christmas Cupcake stamp from Treehouse Stamps. :) I did the paper piercing technique on it. All the papers can be found at Treehouse Stamps. They are from the Basic Grey Wassail Paper Pad! :) I added some liquid pearls to add a little more class to this card. :) I hope you like it!

Double Embossed Eat Ham

This is for today's SKETCH CHALLENGE. I included Tuesday's COLOR CHALLENGE - Neutrals with a Pop, and did another of Monday's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Double Embossing. I had to do another of the double embossing challenge since I finally figured it out and missed the CC Tuesday so I had to include it as well. I am addicted and can not help it. LOL. I used the cuttlebug Houndstooth folder and the large rectangle Nestie on the focal panel which was then stamped in espress ink and colored with copics E30, E31, E33, E34, E35, 337, R24, R27, R29, Y08 and Y17. My main image is matted on creamy caramel. Panel 2 is summer sun and panels 4 is a real red 1in square spilt in the middle. My stamp set I used was recently released by TREEHOUSE STAMPS - Eat Ham. Hope you like it.

This is for today's TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - Easel Card. It took me longer to load this than it did to make it. What a quickie and fun card this is. I will be making more. I also had to make my own button which was TECHNIQUE LOVERS CHALLENGE - 5 Layer Buttons from a few weeks ago. Love that one too. I used Recollections Halloween dp for this and kiwi kiss on the front panel. I punched a Martha Stewart Witch and Cauldron & Spider in black and stamped this cute sentiment from a recently released set called "Best Witches" from TREEHOUSE STAMPS in black. Hope you like it. I have a close up of my button on my blog if you are interested.

Each wrapper paper measures 3 1/2" by 3". Going long ways... score at 1" & 2 1/2". Then just wrap & glue. Add whatever embellishments you'd like...and that's it! :) I used the Eerie & Indian Summer decorative papers from Basic Grey.
